We provide commercial, industrial and residential HVAC/R service, maintenance, new construction and retrofitting.
Job description: President’s “right-hand man”.
We’re looking for a person whose competence and character can be trusted to assist the owner and CFO in taking the company through its next growth phase.

Requirements:
- Maintain positive attitude of field personnel.
- Report skill level, technical knowledge and overall performance to Mr. Johnson
- Be physically fit enough to frequently visit rooftops mechanical rooms, etc.
Expectations:
- Maintain positive attitude of field personnel.
- Report skill level, technical knowledge and overall competence of each service technician and installer on a regular basis (to be determined) to Daron Johnson. Reports will include callbacks, compliments, and digital photos of successes and mistakes.
Job description examples:
- Service, retrofit and installation and quality control.
- Training and continuing education.
- Organization of technical literature both digital and hard copy so that anyone can use it.
- Dispatch assistance.
- Conduct safety meetings.
- Some estimating.
- Handle customer satisfaction issues.
- Safety – MSDS books, safety equipment, operating safety of service vans and delivery vehicles.
Pipeline projects (partial list):
- Renovate current CRM.
- Improve warehouse operations, parts and equipment procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Improve company assets reliability by producing maintenance and tracking program.
- Develop and implement apprentice advancement program.
- Develop installer skill test.
- Develop employee appreciation incentives.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
We are a 50+ year old family-owned business whose clients range from publically traded commercial/industrial entities to small businesses & residences, the mix is about 80% commercial and 20% residential. We work on anything from water cooled chillers & boilers to small residential split systems.
